Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. SleepPro is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your SleepPro purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, contact support@sleeppro.online with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

SleepPro products, including the Smart Cervical Pillow, come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact support@sleeppro.online with proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion.
